The Championships...

 

Hi, I am the owner of Lemon Hockey and I am writing here to tell you what the Championships are going to be. 

 

A little while ago I started Lemon Hockey and used my experience ad passion of Event Management to start Roller Hockey tournaments.  When speaking to players they wanted more and to try and promote the sport.  So after many years of thinking, sole searching and developing a idea from its initial conception through to this, at least 32 teams, 4 qualifiers and 1 Finals weekend.  This will be the largest tournament series in the UK. 

 

There is one passage that I think of when it comes to Hockey and the events that we put on,

 

"Great moments are born from great opportunity. 
And that's what you have here tonight, boys. 
That's what you've earned here, tonight. 
One game. 
If we played 'em ten times, they might win nine. 
But not this game. Not tonight. 
Tonight, we skate with 'em. 
Tonight, we stay with 'em, and we shut them down because we can! 
Tonight, we are the greatest hockey team in the world. 
You were born to be hockey players -- every one of ya. 
And you were meant to be here tonight. 
This is your time. 
Their time -- is done. It's over. 
I'm sick and tired of hearin' about what a great hockey team the Soviets have. Screw 'em! 
This is your time!!"

Thats what I want to create and I challenge you to push your self to become that one Champion, the best of the best.
